Jon is married, he and Verda have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.

Jon has raced Sprint Cars, Midgets, Super Modifieds and Championship Dirt Cars and brings his legendary experience

3 Time NCRA Super Modified/Championship Dirt Champion

2 Time NCRA 360 Sprint Car Champion (1998, 1999)

3 Time IMCA Sprint Car (1989, 1990, 1993)

 4th Place - 2007 URSS Points

2006 URSS Inaugural Series Champion!
