Hill City, Kansas native, Jeff Radcliffe will drive the 21R in Rookie Season with the 2008 URSS.

Jeff will drive a 2000 Maxim Chassis,  Myers Engine Service powered entry for his Father and Car Owner Larry Radcliffe.

 Jeff had previously raced go-karts for two years in 1992 and 1993.
