Elwood, Nebraska native, Bill Hays will drive the number 2H

Hays Racing Maxim Sprinter with the URSS in the 2008.

 

  Bill is not new to the racing scene, having raced Two-Cycle Go Carts on dirt from 1975 to 2004. Bill was the 1995 &  2004 I.K.F. Regional Champion, attending the I.K.F. Grand Nationals for 10 years, including setting a track record at Oskaloosa, Iowa.

 

Bill also raced in the 600 cc Mini Sprint Division from 2003 to 2005.

 

In September 2006, Bill made the move up to Sprint Cars, competing with the URSS 305 Series with a 11th and 6th place finishes in his first two races with the series at Norton and Oberlin respectively and another season ending 11th place finish at Jetmore.

When Bill is away from the track he enjoys Coyote and Coon hunting.
