United Rebel Sprint Series Releases 2010 Schedule
The United Rebel Sprint Series goes into its fifth season
with the Rebels returning to several tracks and adding
multiple new tracks for 2010. Racers will be competing for
two Regional Championships this year as well as the coveted
National Championship crown.
The URSS Series will be divided into the Colorado region and
the Kansas Region for 2010. The Colorado Region will
feature several new facilities for 2010, with the all-new
Colorado Motorsports Park in Byers being the cornerstone of

The 1/3 mile oval facility boasts a Grandstand with 3,000
indoor seats. The Rebels will be appearing at the new Lamar
Speedway in Lamar Colorado, another 1/3 semi-high bank

The Rebels will also make their debut at the Pueblo Speedway
in Pueblo Colorado, El Paso County Speedway in Calhan,
Colorado and make return visits to 1-76 Speedway in Ft.
Morgan Colorado and the Phillips County Raceway in Holyoke,
Colorado.
The Kansas
Region will highlight trips to several familiar venues along
with return trips to several tracks that were racer
favorites in past seasons. The Rebels will also make their
debut at the historic Belleville Highbanks August 5th, this
show is guaranteed to be a can’t miss show as the Rebels
attack the highbanked half mile track. The Rebels will
return to the highbanks of Thunderhill Speedway in Mayetta
Kansas three, the tight oval at Dirtona Raceway in Hugoton
Kansas, the Fairgrounds Speedway for the Five State Fair in
Liberal Kansas, and three nights at the Dawson County
Speedway in Lexington Nebraska. Also on the 2010 Schedule
is the return of the Great American Dirt Track at Jetmore
Kansas. The 3/8’s oval will host the URSS Rebels seven times
including the Jetmore Nationals on August 28th.

On tap for
2010 is the return of the Third Annual Wheatshocker
Nationals July 17th & 18th at RPM
Speedway in Hays, Kansas. This event has drawn racers from
five states to compete for the $2,000.00 to win top prize.
Also the URSS wil feature the return of Speedweek July 30th
through August 7th featuring eight races in nine
days on seven different tracks. The Rebels will fight it
out on tracks ranging from ¼ mile bullring at the Rush
County Fair , to 3/8 mile ovals at Jetmore, Colby, Liberal
and Hutchinson to the huge ½ mile at Belleville. This will
be a true test of the URSS Rebels metal as they duke it out
for the Speedweeks Crown.
